About L&J
L&J Waste Recycling began with a single truck, twelve containers, plus a group of dedicated employees. Today, we operate 7 trucks and 200 dumpsters, and the numbers keep growing. Our numbers are increasing and our employees are committed to our mission of safety and efficiency. But most of all, our employees share our desire to maintain a clean community.
The trucks we use are manufactures by Sterling and offer the best in clean air and green technology for the commercial trucking industry. Fuel efficient and clean emissions are a part of our constant commitment to a healthy and clean environment.
Our new facility will be designed with a clean and friendly environment in mind. The skylights of our facility allow us to conserve energy on sunny days, and our truck bays are heated by an efficient wood-burning stove to reduce dependence on fossil fuel energy. We use recycled water, in addition to rain water, to wash our trucks.
Our drivers understand the importance of courtesy, cleanliness, and professional behavior. Respecting our customer, the environment, and each other is A COMPANY POILCY!

L&J Waste Recycling Is A Full Service Waste Collection & Disposal Company!
L&J Waste Recycling reduces the environmental impact of construction projects. Today, we are finding ways to recycle the majority of construction waste. L&J recycles 75% of the construction debris collected from building sites. We are a full service waste management company that provides Trash Compactors, Open Top and Front End Dumpsters and Front End Container Lift Services. We place dumpsters on construction sites, pick up the debris, sort it, and recycle the construction and demolition debris at our new, state of the are recycling facility in southwest Baltimore, Maryland! L&J Waste Recycling works on projects of all sizes – whether the project requires one dumpster or thousands of dumpsters.
Companies that do business with us are eligible for the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) tax credits and because L&J Waste Recycling is minority-owned, you can also receive the Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) tax credits.
