Since started by brothers Charles R. Flint and Steven W. Flint in 1992, C & S Disposal has grown significantly. What began as a garbage collection and sanitation business that provided roll-off service and a rear-load service for residences and businesses in Botetourt County and the town of Glasgow became a waste management business employing multiple full-time employees and operating four to six trucks every day. Currently under contract with Botetourt County and the towns of Glasgow and Buchanan, we are fully qualified to perform all the necessary sanitation and garbage collection duties they require and are prepared to expand further as needed.
